pressed roast beef sandwich

Sometimes the difference between an average lunch and delicious lunch is a few minutes of time. Take for example this roast beef sandwich. Sure I could just layer the meat on some fresh home made bread with a slice of provolone cheese and eat up. But...add a smear of mustard, 5 minutes in the George Foreman, and you now have delicious warm roast beef and provolone panini deliciousness!
